Le Cottage Seguin

Situated between the valleys of the Sarthe and Mayenne rivers, Cottage Seguin is an ideal base for exploring the towns of Sainte Suzanne, Saulges, Asnière-sur-Vègre and Solesmes.
Le Cottage Seguin is also a very comfortable gîte, decorated to a very high standard. Everything has been carefully thought out to ensure you have a pleasant, relaxing stay. The rooms are bright and airy, and the veranda lets you enjoy the outdoors at any time of year. There's a large garden with fruit trees (cherry, pear, hazel) and a dining area under a canopy.
Alone or in couples, the 2 bedrooms each have a shower room.
The service is complete, with linen and towels included, only cleaning is optional (€40).

The nearest shops are in Ballé, 5km away (bakery, mini-market and restaurant). A grocery shop selling local produce, "Chez Alice", is 9km away. On Fridays, there is an organic creamery 4km away and Séquoia, pasta and flour in Epineux. All shops and services in Sablé sur Sarthe (12km).

The owners will guide you on your outings according to your tastes: culture, heritage, walks... Discover the cultural events at Château de Linière and visit the famous zoo at La Flèche (30 min). 4km away is the valley of the Saulges caves, a Natura 2000 site. Museum and cave visits.
