The bay of Pen-bé is made up of 6 beaches. The best known is, in all gallantry, "La baie des Dames". A small beach of fine sand, sheltered from the wind and accessible by a staircase.
The health quality of the bathing water is classified as excellent and has been stable for several years.
The bay of Pen Bé, interspersed with bathing beaches, is home to a large shellfish farming industry. This bay is one of the key sites on the Route des Coquillages.
Among the rocks, at each tide, fishermen are sure to fill their baskets with mussels, clams, cockles, razor clams, prawns...
Don't forget to check that there are no fishing bans in force.
