Thanks to Denise and Charles Bancarel, the fine family history of the Hôtel du Bailliage began in Salers over half a century ago. With the same passion for hospitality, three generations of hotel-keepers have succeeded one another since 1962, to ensure that all guests get the warmest welcome. A veritable institution in the village from the outset, this beautiful building with its bourgeois feel was the first hotel to welcome tourists visiting the superb Salers region.

Today, Marion and Antoine continue the hotel’s history and tradition of conviviality, quality and authenticity that has made the reputation of this family home.
