The house is ideally located between the centre of Noirmoutier-en-l'Île (with its pedestrian street, markets, castle, restaurants, etc.) and the remarkable beaches of the Baie de Bourgneuf (La Clère, Mardi-Gras, Souzeaux, Anse Rouge, Plage des Dames). Close to the post office and Lidl (500m). Very quiet neighbourhood, but not isolated. Gratibus service in summer.

With a floor area of more than 80m², it comprises :

The owners are on hand to welcome you if you need anything.

Outside July and August, stays of less than a week are possible; the price is adjusted according to duration and number of occupants (from 2 to 5 people).
