Beautiful new house built on the Pointe de la Loire dune, on the edge of the Bois des Eloux on the island of Noirmoutier. Spacious and well-appointed, it offers excellent comfort. Every room has a sea view, except for 2 bedrooms which look out over the forest, and the decor is simple and warm. The TV lounge adjoining the 53m2 living room could be used as a 5th bedroom.
There are 3 bathrooms. The large kitchen is fully equipped with modern, functional appliances. A vast terrace follows the seafront, with table and chairs, plancha, garden furniture, awning and deckchairs. It faces due south, overlooking the Ile d'Yeu.
The 1400m2 garden is fully enclosed, with direct access to the sea 30m away via a gate.
Cars can easily be parked inside the property, as well as another in the garage.
