It comprises a living room with a large south-facing bay window and a brand-new fitted kitchen, two bedrooms with 140cm beds, a sleeping area with two sofa beds, a shower room (shower + washbasin) and a separate toilet with washbasin.
Sofa bed in the living room for an adult or two children.

There is private parking on the property and you also have use of the enclosed, shady garden. Relax in the shade of the lime, walnut, umbrella pine and fig trees.
