Description
On the quayside of the fishing port, every day fresh fish and seafood, delivered directly from the fish auction, are presented at the restaurant entrance on the fish stall.
Choose your fish, the fish scaler prepares it in front of you, and the chef cooks it in his open kitchen a la plancha, grilled whole or filleted.
