STREET ART - LE TAUREAU

ADN - Art Dans Nancy is an urban street art route that invites visitors to explore the streets and squares of Nancy while encouraging them to discover art.
It includes over 30 street art works. From the old town to Place des Vosges, and from Place Simone Veil to Porte Sainte-Catherine, art, in its many forms, is everywhere and plays a regular part in everyday life.

Le Taureau by Gé. Pellini is a giant bull measuring three metres long and weighing over 800 kilos. The minimalistic sculpture was installed in the town centre in spring 2018. Echoing the coat of arms of Stanislas – the buffalo was the symbol of the Leszczynski family – this horned animal, which is one of the largest bronze pieces produced to date by the Nancy-born artist, gleams proudly in the city with its bright red colour.
