Description

This former bank dates back to 1911, and its architecture reflects the evolution from Art Nouveau to Art Deco. Indeed, the curved lines become more angular. Some elements of the original interior decor, based on the theme of the Pope’s currency, have been preserved (counters and ironwork from the Majorelle workshops, stained-glass windows by Jacques Gruber) but are no longer accessible to the public.
