Le Champ Libre's central location means you can explore the whole of the Vendée, and you're right at the crossroads of all the major tourist sites in the Vendée.
La Roche sur Yon is just 5 minutes away, with the Vendéspace and its many high-quality shows, Place Napoléon and the mechanical animals of the Machines de l'Ile, as well as the stud farm. Are you a history buff? The Historial de la Vendée, the logis de la Chabotterie and the refuge de Grasla are just 15 minutes from our gîte, where you can immerse yourself in the history of the Vendée. Less than 45 minutes away is the world-famous Grand Parc du Puy du Fou and its grandiose Cinéscénie, as well as the Atlantic coast with Les Sables d'Olonne, the start of the Vendée Globe. Less than an hour away, you can visit the Marais Poitevin, the islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier, and Nantes and its vineyards.... All you have to do is choose your activities, as everything is easily accessible from our gîte.
Our gîte is also ideal for tradespeople and professionals on the move, as Le Champ Libre is just a short walk from the major business and shopping areas of La Roche sur Yon, Le Poiré sur Vie and Mouilleron le Captif. Whether in Les Ajoncs, Les Bazinières, Acti-Nord, Beaupuy or L'Eraudière, some very large companies have set up shop here: Bénéteau, Marionneau, Akéna, Cougnaud, Hydrokit etc... Situated in a hectare of wooded countryside, we have a gîte with a bedroom with a 160cm bed made up on your arrival, a bathroom with an Italian shower (towels provided) and a kitchen equipped with a microwave, hob, steam cooker, raclette machine etc... (tea towels and organic essentials provided). There is also an outside dining area with a private terrace, deckchairs and barbecue. Parking is available on the property and WIFI is free.
