The Super Huit will be back for its second edition from July 7 to 10, 2022! The all-mountain MTB/e-MTB race comprises 2 events: the Grand8 for the mountain bike elite and the Double8 with routes adapted to all levels.
July 7 and 8, 2022.
The Grand8 is the main event, reserved for experts and the eMTB elite. In the form of a full tour of La Plagne over 2 days, it starts and finishes in Montchavin Les Coches with 1 night in a bivouac in Montalbert. A total of 100 km and 5600 m elevation gain with technical climbs and enduro-type descents on mostly single tracks. The organization team takes care of the race logistics (batteries/camping), all you have to do is enjoy it!
Limited to 50 riders selected on the basis of their sporting CV. Participants must have 2 batteries of minimum 500Wh capacity each. GPS obligatory.
Classification according to battery power, Men and Women. Ranking per stage and overall ranking after the 2 days. Prize money for the winners in the men's and women's categories.

The “Double8” is the perfect race for amateurs. 4 circuits all starting and finishing in Plagne Bellecôte. Circuits of varying difficulty where participants decide how many they want to ride: 1 = 23km / 2 = 35km / 3 = 60km / 4 = 80km. Competitors who complete the 4 circuits will be finishers with a cash prize for the top man/woman! All of the routes are in the La Plagne area, going between the forest and the high mountains and going through emblematic sites like the bobsleigh track!
There are 2 versions of this race:
- MTB (solo or 2-person relay) on Saturday, July 9
- e-MTB (solo or 2-person relay) on Sunday, July 10. For the electric bike format, participants must have 2 batteries of 500Wh minimum each if they want to ride 2 or more circuits.
