Summary :
Your Experience
9/11 was a day that changed the world forever. Visiting the National 9/11 Memorial and Museum is an emotionally heavy experience, guaranteed to stir emotions among the visitors. The Memorial's twin reflecting pools, located within the foundation of the twin peaks, are nearly an acre in size each and feature the largest manmade waterfalls in North America. The names of every person who died in the attacks are inscribed into bronze panels edging the Memorial pools and serve as a powerful reminder of the horrific events.
Featuring over 11,000 artifacts from ephemera and textiles to artwork, books and more, the museum’s exhibitions attract over a million visitors each year. There are three permanent exhibition sections here. The Historical Exhibition takes you on a journey through the day before the event, the day of 9/11, and what followed after. You will even learn the story of the World Trade Center and the Pentagon and the story of Flight 93. The Memorial Exhibition "In Memoriam", offers visitors a chance to know the stories of the men, women, and children who succumbed to the tragedy. The Foundation Hall is a massive room that houses both the last column and the slurry wall.
Another important element in the 9/11 Memorial & Museum is the white oak trees that surround the pools. These trees were chosen due to their individuality (each tree grows and exhibits different behaviors at a specific time) which serves as a reminder of the individuals who lost their lives. Make sure to keep an eye out for the Survivor Tree. This Callery Pear tree was badly damaged after the attacks of September 11th and was nursed back to health before being returned in 2010. The new smooth limbs that extend from the shapeless stump create a visible demarcation between the past and the present, serving as a living reminder of hope and survival.

Highlights :

Visit the 9/11 Memorial and pay homage to the victims of the attacks at the twin reflecting pools.
Explore the museum and see over 11,000 artifacts collected from the site of the crash.
Check out the Survivor Tree, the only living thing that remained after the attacks of 9/11.

Summary :
Why Watch The Book of Mormon
After its debut in 2011, The Book of Mormon quickly garnered an overwhelmingly positive response from critics and viewers alike. Vulgar yet unexpectedly sweet, renowned chief theatre critic for The New York Times, Ben Brantley, has declared The Book of Mormon as this century’s best musical. The Book of Mormon is loved for its clever dialogue, witty and catchy songs, and overall ability to put anyone in a state of constant laughter.
The Book of Mormon tells the story of two missionaries, who are sent to Uganda to try and convert local citizens to the Mormon religion. Upon their arrival in Africa, the two eager missionaries, Price and Cunningham, are met with a lack of interest from the locals, who are preoccupied with more pressing issues such as AIDS, famine, and oppression from the local warlord. They quickly realize a successful mission may not be as easy as they expected. Will they find success in the end? To find out, book your The Book of Mormon Tickets now.

Critics Reviews
"Much of this show’s enduring freshness comes from its unabashed identity as an archetypal musical. It’s a celebration of the spirit that moves otherwise sane human beings to accept the absurdity of people setting their cares and woes to sprightly song."
– The New York Times
"What’s so uniquely winning about The Book of Mormon is its scruffy humanism, its eagerness to redeem its characters—even its smaller ones. The supporting cast is astonishingly good; Rory O’ Malley, as openly closeted Elder McKinley, comes close to stealing the show more than once."
– New York Mag
