< B >This single-storey house has a pleasant south-east-facing living room opening onto a fitted kitchen. Everything you need to feel at home: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, etc.
The living room has a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed, providing comfortable sleeping for two.
The two 9m² bedrooms each have a 140cm bed and a large linen cupboard/closet.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, vanity unit and washing machine. There is a separate toilet.

The house has an enclosed courtyard with parking for one or two vehicles. Garden furniture and a barbecue are available. There is a garden shed for storing bikes or surfboards.
