Saint-Félix-Lauragais, called Bellevue during the Revolution. This village is marked by history, in particular during the period of the Cathars, built on a promontory providing the visitor with a unique panoramic view over “Cocagne Country”: an orientation table is located at the Tour de Montfort, at the top of the former ramparts. Don’t miss seeing “Three Windmill Hill” where 2 windmills are still in perfect condition. Stone houses and timber-framed houses adorn the central square which has a magnificent centuries-old wooden marketplace.
