La Balanderie is a former presbytery of the XVIIIth century, located in a park of 2 ha, 1.5km from the beach and close to the landing sites

This place has been renovated with charm and authenticity, in an incredibly quiet and private environment.
The view overlooks a horse meadow and the Bois du Caprice. The park offers a direct access for a hike in the Bois du Caprice and in direction of Colleville-Montgomery.

Your accommodation is located on the 1st floor with an independent access: entrance with wardrobes, equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom + bathroom (shower), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom (bathtub), 1 independent toilet
For more than 1 person, we propose on the 2nd floor: 1 double bed, 3 single beds (mezzanine), lounge area and single sofa bed
A supplement of 20€ /person/night will be asked.

There is a terrace with a large table for 10 people and deckchairs
We lend you bicycles for a deposit. (helmets and anti-theft devices provided)

At your disposal in the park :
A wooden hut in the trees, a tennis/volleyball/badminton/petanque/football court
A large trampoline, a darts stand, archery, basketball, base ball.
All equipment is provided (rackets, balls, petanque balls, etc).
Barbecue.

Departure of several hikes, directly in the park.

The playgrounds are under the full responsibility of the parents.

This accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as there are too many stairs.

Animals are not allowed.
