Although paddleboarding has been in the spotlight in France for the past few years, it has been around for many decades. If this is your first time, the lake is the ideal place to discover this activity.

All you have to do on your own is choose your position: sitting, kneeling or standing! You can decide to go faster or slower, or just admire the scenery.
