




Roland Gauthier opened La Grenouillère on 15 March 1979, 2 weeks before Alexandre's birth, the actual chef. Thirty-six years later, Alexanedre opened up the 'Anecdote' and decided to bring some modifications to his father's menu as a loving tribute from a son to his father that inspired him a lot.
