The Van Oost family, canners from father to son, give pride of place to local culinary delights. The Conserverie St Christophe has perpetuated this expertise since it was created by Eric Van Oost in 1990. The cannery has teamed up with other local producers to propose traditional sweet and savoury foods and drinks.
