Maxens

In the middle of the village of Saint Symphorien, Maxens welcomes you with its peaceful, cosy, newly renovated setting. The chef, Stéphane Grulois, recently named Maître Cuisinier de Belgique, will do everything he can to stimulate all of your senses, including sight, smell and taste to make sure your meal is a wonderful gourmet experience. Maxens also has two rooms for business meetings or family events. Stéphane Grulois has been passionate about food since he was just 6. When he was 13, he found himself in a caterer’s kitchen for the first time. Over the years, he has honed his experience and his desire to tackle new challenges. During his career, Stéphane Grulois has worked with leading restaurants, luxury hotels and different caterers to develop his culinary skills.
