In the shadow of the Jardin du Maïeur and a stone’s throw away from Mons’ Grand-Place, this restaurant is on Rue d’Enghien. The Chef is passionate and meticulous, serving classic French dishes based on the freshness of seasonal ingredients. Quality is combined with the latest techniques to bring out every flavour. The kitchen is visible from the dining room, adding a friendly transparency, creating “osmosis” (hence the name) between the Chef and the diners.
