Description

Cocotte is a table d’hôte, a modern lunchroom. The menu features sustainable, seasonal products from short food circuits and mainly regional producers. Imagine grandma’s generous cuisine with a touch of sophistication and a pinch of the unexpected. There’s no set menu but a menu that changes every day depending on the market and inspiration.The Cocotte menu: Your entrées are served at your table. Then it’s like you’re at home: the main dish is arranged centrally, you help yourself and take more when you want.The Cocotte after works: On Friday from 6pm to 9.30pm, tapas recipes (hummus, verrines, cheese cake, savoury pie, cheeses and regional cold cuts) are offered in addition to the menu for you and your family, colleagues or friends.Cocotte brunch dishes: On Saturday and Sunday (from 12pm to 3.30pm), three brunch dishes (farmer, vegetarian or sweet/savoury) are available.“Cocotte sessions”: Every other Thursday (7pm - 10pm) a kitchen workshop is open to all (35 euros with aperitif included).There’s a lovely story behind Cocotte: Myriam Abaoud and Laurent Gosset are a beautiful love story. She made a dramatic change and in early 2012 threw herself into cooking. She first looked for a place in Brussels her home but along the way, she fell in love. He suggested they share this passion in Mons - in the hut at the bottom of the garden at his place!
