On the ground floor, it comprises a large room with a fitted kitchen area and a lounge area (sofa bed convertible into a double bed (1.60m)). Upstairs bedroom on the mezzanine, shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC. Private terrace and fully enclosed shady garden (automated entrance gate). Quiet setting on the edge of old Tiffauges. Uninterrupted view over the river (la Crûme). Access to the flower garden...Tiffauges is a village full of character, with local amenities including hiking, fishing and nature activities... various shops, restaurants and a crêperie-pizzeria within walking distance. The gîte is not accessible or suitable for people with reduced mobility.
