Description
Bellefond, whose name means Belle Fontaine, was born around the Goilane fountain
At the Revolution, the parish of Saint-Sulpice de Bellefond and its annex, Notre-Dame de Cazevert, formed the commune of Bellefond. The covered alleys of Sabatey, a small Neolithic necropolis made up of two dolmens, are listed as historical monuments, as is the church of Saint-Eutrope, which is listed as a historical monument.
