comprising a bedroom (14 m2), a kitchen (7m2), a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC (3m2) and a veranda overlooking a wooded garden.
Ideal for a couple (with a baby or young child sleeping in a cot).
The house has been completely renovated in 2019.

bedroom: 160x200 bed, with wardrobe, TV (can be moved to sitting area if required), free wifi.

baby kit (bottle warmer, bath, changing mat, potty or WC reducer, high chair)

2 adult bicycles

garden: garden furniture, barbecue and parasol

Bed linen and towels provided (1 bath sheet, 1 towel/person).

A baby kit is also available on request: cot, changing mat, pushchair, bath, high chair, bottle warmer, bottle drainer, 1st age games, potty and/or toilet seat reducer.

The house will be heated when you arrive in winter.

Minimum 3 nights out of season, maximum 2 people (plus 1 baby).
Weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday during July/August.

Non-smoking accommodation.

IMPORTANT: Cleaning at the end of your stay is not included in your booking.
A deposit cheque for €80 will be requested on arrival, which will be returned on departure if the accommodation is left perfectly clean.
If you wish to take the cleaning package (€80), please let us know when you make your booking.
In all cases, we undertake to comply with the COVID 19 protocol. We check and sanitise all surfaces and electronic equipment that are frequently touched.

Pets are not allowed.
