Freshly restored gîte located in Baugé en Anjou, 5 minutes' walk from the historic centre and close to the Baugé golf course.
Our house has a separate kitchen, a large reception room, two small lounges, 1 shower room with two showers and two WCs, one of which is separate. One ground-floor bedroom and 3 other spacious bedrooms upstairs.
Ideal for family gatherings or friends, we have ample parking, a large enclosed park, two garages, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and sunbathing area.
Ideal starting point for tourism, greenways, golf courses, châteaux and the Apothicairerie de Baugé, and 15 minutes from La Flèche zoo.
In Baugé, you can also enjoy fishing, pétanque, the local swimming pool and the "boule de fort" games, a special feature of our region.
The house is close to Angers (40 minutes), Saumur (30 minutes), Le Mans (45 minutes) and Tours (45 minutes).
You are on the doorstep of the Loire châteaux and vineyards.
