L'Atelier Gourmand
Description
Come and discover our workshop concept combining local products, restaurant, home cooking and pancake house. Marie-Jo, craftswoman, originally from the Landes region, has been making tourtière from the Landes with Armagnac, pastis from the Landes, Basque cakes with almonds, cherries and hazelnut flour from the Lot-et-Garonne for 25 years. In this "Maison de la Tourtière", make an appointment for a group or even an individual demonstration of the production process while drinking a coffee or other beverage!
You will also be able to taste Marie-Jo's and her team's specialties: from the Landes breakfast, through fresh salads (Landaise, goat, Caesar), to duck confit and home-made entrecote / fries, but also a whole range of buckwheat pancakes or sweet Lot-et-Garonne hazelnut flour pancakes accompanied by ice creams. Local wine producers.
