L'hyvernerie

Welcome to L'Hyvernerie, we are delighted to welcome you to our home. Part of a typical Corrézienne farmhouse, it was built by my great-grandfather in 1892, Antoine Mazuel, a cabinetmaker whose initials are engraved above the front door. It's a family home, where I lived with my parents and two brothers until the age of 25. You may have the chance to meet Alice when she visits her animals in the meadow below the house. It's best not to go into the meadow when the cows are there. They don't know you and would be frightened. But you're welcome to gaze at them at your leisure and photograph them - they love to be the stars! We wish you a pleasant, relaxing stay, and hope you enjoy discovering our beautiful Corrèze.
