Studio Brume - yoga classes

The founder:

I'm Anais, a yoga teacher. I'm certified from the Muses Yoga School in Paris.
I fulfilled a dream by creating the Studio Brume, the first yoga studio in Trouville-sur-Mer.
I imagined and created a space which reflects me - luminous, intimate and warm. It is a space based around yoga and well-being where you can live in the present moment.

I teach Hatha yoga and Vinyasa yoga, and support my students through the yoga experience with understanding.

Le studio brume is a local yoga studio with a home-like feel to it.
The studio offers a variety of gentle and dynamic yoga classes; Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Women's Yoga and Meditation.
The yoga classes do not exceed 8 people so that each student can benefit from supportive and personalised teaching.
At le studio brume, you will find all the equipment you need for your yoga practice.
