Steve proposes a variety of different burgers: ‘authentic’ with beef, cheddar, caramelised red onions, lettuce, tomato and home-made burger sauce, goat’s cheese and basil burger, etc. The burger buns, muffins, cookies and cheesecake are all home-made and meat is bought from the Trouville butcher ‘L’Etat des Fines Bouches’. Exclusively fresh produce. You can find the food truck at the market every Wednesday and Sunday, on Saturday at Avenue Kennedy and on Friday evenings at Saint-Gatien-des-Bois.
