An old Vendée farmhouse dating from the late 19th century, located just a stone's throw from the bay of Les Sables d'Olonne and the Olonnes forest. This site, dedicated to lovers of nature and tranquillity, was completely renovated in spring 2015.

On the ground floor, a large entrance hall leads to a bedroom with a 140cm mezzanine bed, a bedroom with two 90cm beds, a shower room and a bedroom with two single beds that can be made into a king-size bed (180cm).
A living room with its TV overlooking the terrace, a dining room, a storeroom with washing machine, tumble dryer & a fitted and equipped kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, food processors, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.).
Upstairs, a T2 apartment comprising a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a double washbasin/WC shower room and a large bedroom with a 160cm bed.
