This recently renovated 1920 farmhouse, typical of the Marais Breton Vendéen, sleeps 12 people. In the first wing of the accommodation, you will find a lounge (with wood-burning stove)/living room/kitchen, a laundry area with a shower room/WC (accessible from the living room by a step), a bedroom (1 double bed) with a shower room accessible for people with reduced mobility, a WC (PRM type). The second part of the house is accessed by 2 steps and comprises 1 shower room (double shower), a WC, 4 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed) (1 x 160cm bed) (1 x 160cm bed) (2 x 90cm bunk beds, 1 x 90cm trundle bed). Outside, you can enjoy the 3,000m² fully enclosed grounds (gravel and lawn) (children's swing, sandpit, table tennis, boules area, outdoor games). There is also a covered area with water point, garden furniture and barbecue. Bed linen, towels and cleaning included.
Wood provided free of charge.
Additional charge: tourist tax. Heating (heat pump): €10/day: to be paid on site.
