Good to know
* Availability: every day (excluding exceptional dates). Please note that many museums are closed on Tuesdays
* Duration: 24, 48 or 72 consecutive hours according to the selected options
* The pass must be collected directly from one of the ticket offices in central Nantes (exact address indicated on the voucher), in exchange for your booking voucher
* You may be asked to provide proof of ID in order to claim your pass
* The duration of your pass is counted in hours (rather than calendar days). For example, if you begin using a 24-hour pass at 4pm on Monday, the pass will be valid until 4pm on Tuesday
* You will be asked to indicate a provisional date for your visit when you book, but your pass is not restricted to this date – it will only be activated upon first use and valid for the chosen duration (within 12 months of the purchase date)
* Children under 4 years of age do not require a pass
* Certain temporary exhibitions are included on the pass (please consult the individual sites beforehand)
* The Nantes Pass does not grant access to the guided tours offered by museums
* Each site can be visited once only with the pass
* You will receive a guide with your pass featuring information about the sites, activity durations, and closing days for some visits and services (available in French, English, Spanish)
* General opening hours (for informational purposes): museums, monuments and attractions are generally open from 10am to 6pm. Certain are closed on Tuesdays and special dates (Jan. 1, May 1) Nov. 11, Dec. 25 & 26). The partner sites reserve the right to change their opening days and hours
* The list of attractions offered is subject to change
* There is no public transport on May 1
* The Nantes Pass is nominative and may not be transferred to another person
* The pass cannot be exchanged or refunded in case of theft, loss, or if it is not used
* Access to sites and guided tours included oin the Nantes pass is subject to availability. Some services may require advance booking (see information booklet for details)
* The "Special Offers" (see Discounts & Advantages list) are valid for 1 month following the activation of your city pass
* The Nantes pass is an offer intended for individual visitors

This activity can be cancelled free of charge up to 24hrs prior departure time . After this time and in the case of a no-show, you will be charged in full for the activity.
