Description
Neighborhood bistro open from 8 a.m. for morning coffee. Inside, it's an atmosphere of Formica tables and period tiles. The owner has rehabilitated his historic, sublime wine cellar in the middle of the restaurant room. You can admire the wide range of wines before tasting them on your table.
