GITE DE LA VALLÉE

HOUSING :

Detached house of 70m², comprising a living room with TV, office area with internet box. A kitchen with all mod cons, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee machine, etc.
Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms, one 14m² with 2 single beds and one 16m² with a 160cm bed, with the option of adding a cot (we can provide a bed, bath, potty and high chair for babies). Between the 2 bedrooms there's a shower room with WC, and plenty of storage space!
Outside, your private area offers a small courtyard with garden furniture, an outside toilet, a garden with fruit trees, a terrace overlooking the forest and a barbecue. All private... just for you! Free, secure parking with electric gate (you will have your own badge).
If you fancy a refreshing dip, our swimming pool is open to you (10am to 6pm) from June to September.


FURTHER INFORMATION :

Bed linen and bath towels are NOT provided, but we can offer you the rental of sheets + bath towels at 50€ for 4 (+ baby) divided into 2 if there are only 2 of you.
Cleaning must be done on departure or you can take the cleaning option at 70 euros.
These two options are not included in the gîte rental price (they are extra).


DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA :

Beautiful little village in the heart of a forest with its lake. The village of Mervent is 2 minutes' walk from a grocery shop, hairdresser, restaurants and bars, etc.
A little further down the road, you'll come face to face with the Mervent lake, restaurants/bars, water sports centre, forest and all those hiking trails... an amusement park and a zoo.

Vouvant (medieval town of character) is 5 minutes away by car, Fontenay-le-Comte (Renaissance and medieval town) with all the shops in the town centre is 15 minutes away by car and La Venise Verte is 30 minutes away.

Le Puy du Fou, La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré; the beautiful beaches of the Vendée coast less than an hour away.

April: 2 nights minimum (85€ / night - 535.50€ / week)
May : 2 nights minimum (90€ / night - 567€ / week)
June : 2 nights minimum (100€ / night - 630€ / week)
July / August : 7 nights minimum (120€ / night - 756€ / week)
September : 2 nights minimum (95€ / night - 598.50€ / week)
October : 2 nights minimum (90€ / night - 567€ / week)
Tourist tax (in addition): 5% / night (adult)

Departure 11am - Arrival between 4.30pm and 9.30pm (to be arranged with the owner)
