Adjoining the owners' house and on one level, it comprises a 30 m2 living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge/living room, a bedroom with 1 160x200 bed (new in 2026), a bedroom with 2 twin 90cm beds (bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival for both bedrooms), a shower room and a separate WC.

Flower-filled 30m2 terrace (with garden furniture, sun loungers and weber barbecue) giving access to the 50m2 landscaped garden with swing for children and to the heated swimming pool (May to September) shared with the owners (time slots defined for each: you enjoy the pool alone during these time slots defined together).

Our single-storey accommodation is equipped (on request) with a remote control with large buttons, a welcome booklet adapted for the visually impaired and a shower seat, although the doorways are less than 80 cm wide.

There are many activities to enjoy during your stay close to the rental property (playgrounds, fishing, golf, horse riding, hiking trails, and many attractions for all ages: indian forest, o'gliss park, laser game, chocolate museum, car museum, haras de Vendée, zoos, go-karting, aquatic complexes, puy du fou, marais poitevin, not forgetting the possibility of visiting the Vendée islands during your stay: the island of Noirmoutier and its passage du Gois or the island of Yeu.

The nearest beaches are less than half an hour away: the Conches beach at Longeville sur Mer, the Jard sur Mer beach, the Veillon beach at Talmont Saint Hilaire, as well as the beaches of La Tranche sur Mer, Saint Gilles Croix de Vie and Les Sables d'Olonne. You can also visit La Rochelle, which is 50 km away, and go to Terra Botanica in Angers (1h20).

With family or friends, you can also explore the hiking and cycling trails (in the Vendée or in the heart of Aubigny).

Shops are located in the centre of Aubigny: a grocery shop (with local produce: fresh fish, oysters, cheeses, etc.), two bakeries, a butcher's, a chemist's, as well as a pizzeria (le bel arôme), a pub (le dipso), a newsagent's and, in the off-season, a cinema.

As part of our commitment to the environment, our rental accommodation has a compost bin, water-saving devices, solar panels and selective sorting. For your safety and well-being, the products used for cleaning and disinfecting the property are environmentally-friendly and comply with health protocol and standards.

Rentals are available for short periods (mid-week, long weekend, for example) or by the week to recharge your batteries, to telework, for a romantic getaway, to enjoy the peace and quiet, to go for walks in the forest or by the sea, for the various attractions, the puy du fou.... you'll find everything you're looking for in the Vendée. The central location of lokatyf85 will allow you to enjoy a maximum of activities and an unforgettable stay!

The price includes bed linen and cleaning at the end of your stay. Tourist tax is not included. Electricity is extra for all rentals between 1 October and 31 May.
