Gîte La Maison d'Agathe

This country house is located on a main road with easy access to Sablé-sur-Sarthe (5 minutes), Château-Gontier (20 minutes), Laval (35 minutes), Le Mans and Angers (less than 1 hour).

The gîte comprises :
Ground floor: 25 m2 open-plan kitchen opening onto a 55 m2 lounge/living room (capacity for 40 people in a festive meal or reception/seminar configuration...), bathroom with shower and washbasin, 2 bedrooms, 1 WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower and single washbasin.

The gîte sleeps 8 to 10 people:
1 bedroom for 2 with 1 140 cm bed
1 bedroom for 2 with 1 140 cm bed
1 bedroom for 4 with 4 single beds (90 cm)
1 sofa bed for 2 in the living room

You can also book the Annexe (6 extra beds - 2 bedrooms for 2 people + a sofa bed). The capacity of the two gîtes is 15 people.
