In 1681, the parish priest ordered a tabernacle; but, in 1684, the work was still not delivered. Three statues (Christ on the cross, St Augustine and St Roch), the large frame with twists and foliage and the heads of cherubs, are the surviving elements of this altarpiece commissioned from Pierre Duhamel in 1681. It is likely that paintings or sculptures surrounded Christ. The altarpiece of the high altar serves as a support for the three imposing wooden statues. The current tabernacle, like the paneled altarpiece, is from the end of the 18th century.
