Church from the XIVth century.
In the Middle Ages, Castres becomes a stopover on the way to Compostela mainly due to the presence of the relics of St Vincent de Saragosse.
Saint Jacques de Villegoudou church is named for former religious hospital for the pilgrims of Santiago de Compostela. Built at the end of the XIVth century, the church has been destroyed on 1567 and only the the bell tower remained.
The baptistery is entirely fresco painted by Nicolais Greshny, famous artist.
