The mill in our hearts... it overlooks the village of Lautrec.
Self-guided or guided tour of one of the few mills still producing flour.
The Salette windmill dates back to 1688; it was restored in the 1990s by a carpenter and miller from Lautrécos.
Open from mid-April to mid-October, the miller will give you a tour of the interior, providing a historical overview of the mill as well as an explanation of how it works.
It is one of the few windmills still producing flour in the Midi-Pyrénées region.
