This enclosed masonry construction houses a concrete washhouse dating from the interwar period.
Despite the warning written by users of the washhouse: 'That's enough. You are in a public place, legal action will be taken for stone-throwing, broken windows, slate-throwing or other damage', the glass roofs were so damaged that the municipality had to have them removed. It stands alongside an older, more modest washhouse built along the Coches stream, of which a few flat stones remain. This may have been used in summer.
