This compact two-storey house offers all the comforts of a real home, and much more besides.

Situated in the peaceful village of Saint-Christophe-du-Luat, it is just 5 km from Évron, a town with a railway station, a hypermarket (Hyper U), public services and a full range of shops.

The interior is cosy and compact, with a ‘country house’ feel. A staircase leads to the first floor.

The house features a large double bed and comfortable furnishings.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

The bathroom, fitted with a large shower, is on the ground floor, whilst the toilet is situated on the landing between the ground floor and the first floor.

Fully equipped kitchen: Bosch dishwasher, Bosch fridge, microwave, conventional oven, hob, extractor hood, as well as all the necessary utensils, saucepans, frying pans and crockery.

Relaxation area upstairs: small sofa, reading lamp, footrest.
