The Albi market is held in a unique setting, a Baltard-style pavilion built in 1903.

More than a century old, it's a popular meeting place for locals and visitors alike. Twenty or so stores open their doors, offering authentic, quality products. Market gardeners, greengrocers, caterers, fishmongers, pork butchers, cheese-makers, pastry-makers... It's even possible to eat under the covered market, with a choice of catering outlets.
