Hotel Les Trésoms has always pursued a genuine CSR policy and was awarded the Clé Verte label in 2011. In 2004, the hotel installed the region's first thermal solar collectors, which produce 70% of the hotel's domestic hot water, a collaborative apiary, 8 fast-charging stations for electric vehicles and a fleet of 30 electric bicycles. These facilities have been deployed to meet the 250 certification criteria. The Trésoms hotel is one of the first independent establishments to have carried out a carbon footprint assessment, demonstrating its proactive policy to meet its commitments to reduce its environmental impact. The action plan drawn up with all employees takes into account issues such as energy management, water management and waste sorting, as well as the choice of food and responsible purchasing. Raising customer awareness, philanthropy, support for local associations, induction, training and monitoring of employees are all levers that enable the company to take the measure of its social responsibility. Among our recent flagship initiatives: training our employees in the operation of our eco-digester, which has reduced waste from 32.5 tonnes/year to 3 tonnes processed on site. Our main cleaning products are manufactured on site by a salt electrolyser, producing disinfectant and disinfectant-free products.
