Outdoor swimming pool

This aquatic centre has a 25-metre swimming pool with underwater speakers, a 43-square-metre leisure pool suitable for families, and a paddling pool with water games for children.
You can also enjoy a 17m x 10m outdoor pool with a slide (open in summer only) and a relaxation area with saunas, a steam room and a solarium.

There are lots of water activities to discover:

→ AQUABIKE:
A dynamic activity that develops cardio fitness and strengthens the lower body muscles. Gentle on the joints and improves blood circulation.

→ AQUA CARDIO SCULPT:
Classes with fins and dumbbells requiring a good level of swimming ability. Strength training, core training and cardio.

→ SENIORS
Workshops: aquagym, cycling or trampolining for 50 minutes.
Choose from 2 workshops, rotating every 20 minutes.
Get moving, work on your balance and exercise in a friendly atmosphere.
From 60 years old

→ BABY PLOUF:
For children aged 6 months to 3 years. The sessions are above all a fun time to share with your child. In a pool heated to 32°C and equipped with lots of toys, the lifeguards welcome you and offer advice for a gentle introduction.

→ SWIMMING
From beginner to advanced, lessons for children aged 4 and above and adults. To become independent and familiarise yourself with the water.
You know how to swim and want to improve your skills or learn different strokes.

Swimming shorts are not permitted. A swimsuit vending machine is available on site.

Vending machines selling cold drinks, hot drinks and sweets, as well as a water fountain, are available in the pool area and cafeteria.
