Longe côte defines the principle of a new form of hiking, the aquatic hike (one walks upright in the water, immersed between the navel and the chest).
Approximately 2 to 3 sessions per week. One hour session.
Is practiced according to the schedule established by the EDV. Bring a basketball (or water shoes) and sunglasses according to the weather conditions + sun cream.
