Kayak fitness is an all-round sport that combines water sports and physical activity. It helps to improve your general physical condition as well as your mental condition. It is an endurance sport that is practised outdoors and therefore allows you to enjoy nature, fresh air and sunshine. Kayak fitness also allows you to relax and enjoy the fauna and flora. This activity can be enjoyed by all ages.
For children from 8 years old upwards, this activity will allow the development of the scapular belt and therefore lead to better support and sheathing. Students can also work on their fine lateralisation, i.e. learn how to quantify their strength.
For adults, kayak fitness means they can add some diversity to their sports practice and alternate it with running, walking, etc. It also provides the opportunity to create new social links while enjoying the sport at the club.
For seniors, kayak fitness will allow them to enjoy a physical activity that does not place great strain on the body, especially the knees and hips.
