Description
Mountain guide offering hikes all year round. Special features: wild plant gathering and cooking courses, Alpine wildlife observation. Trapper course, gourmet walk (snowshoe outing + meal).
Course in foraging for and cooking plants. You will learn how to recognise wild, edible plants, as well as how to prepare them and find out what they taste like after some simple, healthy and flavoursome cooking. A moonlit snowshoe hike in winter, followed by a meal of local specialities.
