• Se placer dos au banc, plier les jambes, placer les mains sur le banc et fléchir les bras (10 répétitions) > photo
• S’allonger sur le banc et poser les pieds à plat sur le banc (Jambes fléchies) les bras le long du corps et soulever légèrement la tête et les épaules et revenir en position de départ 3 répétitions de 6)
