Le Porte-vue de Pont Caffino

A major new feature of autumn in the Nantes vineyard: the Porte-Vue de Pont Caffino has just been officially inaugurated at the beginning of October.

This viewpoint over the Pont Caffino nature and leisure site is accessible on foot behind the town hall.
From this promontory, 45 metres above the river, a breathtaking view reveals the Maine valley, its granite cliffs overhung with vineyards, and the Maine and the leisure centre below.

This work, the work of the Savoyard architect Emmanuel Ritz, a specialist in development on sensitive and extreme sites, is one of the permanent installations of the Voyage à Nantes as part of the "Voyage dans le Vignoble" (Journey through the Vineyards) itinerary.
