This single-storey, entirely renovated, detached house, is located in a quiet housing estate with a private and enclosed garden. Very near the centre of Villeréal, a 13th century bastide which has been labeled one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France, this gîte will be the ideal starting point for your excursions or hikes in the Lot-et-Garonne and the Dordogne. In the village, you will find shops and services (on walking distance from the gîte) and will appreciate the typical festivities of the South-West: bodegas, festivals, evening horse races, markets ...

The gite has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc), a living/dining room with a sofa bed and TV, 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes (1 X 140 and 2 X 90), a bathroom with an Italian shower and a separate toilet, a washing machine with ironing board and iron.
